  • The venue of counseling will be Lecture Theatre Complex, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar for those candidates who have given Entrance Test at Amritsar.

  • The venue of counseling will be Shaheed Major Harminderpal Singh (Shaurya Chakra) Government College, Phase 6, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali) for those candidates who have given Entrance Test at Punjabi University, Patiala.

  • The counseling for the recruitment of Assistant Professors in various Subjects/Librarian in the Government Colleges of Punjab will be held on 29.11.2021 and 30.11.2021. The candidates are required to bring duly filled Scrutiny Form, Print out of Application Form and all the certificates in Original at the time of counseling. To download scrutiny form, Click here.

  • Provisional Answer Keys of the written test conducted for the post of Assistant Professors (College Cadre) in various Subjects/Librarian have been uploaded. To view Answer Keys, Click here.

  • Notice inviting online objections pertaining to the provisional answer keys. Click here for details. To submit objections, Click here. After login, candidate can click on the "Submit Objections" button to submit the objections. The candidates are first required to pay fee as per total number of questions. After successfull payment of objection fee, the objection form will be opened. The Candidates are advised to Lock the objections after submitting all the objections in the prescribed form. For any technical error, Candidates can email at helpdesk.dhelrecruitment@gndu.ac.in.

  • Last date for payment of Objection Fees through online mode was 25-11-2021 (4:00PM).

  • Closing date for the submission of online Objection form was 25-11-2021 (5:00PM).

  • If the status of previous online transaction for objection fee is pending/awaited/aborted and amount gets deducted from the applicant's bank account or credit/debit card, the applicants are advised to retry the transaction after 20 minutes. Amount deducted for the failed transaction will be reversed automatically by HDFC bank within 8-10 days. If payment is still not successful, Try using alternate payment method i.e. different credit/debit card or netbanking.

  • Candidates can view scanned copy of OMR sheet from their login area. To login and view OMR sheet, Click here. After login, candidate can click on the "View OMR Sheet" button to download and view OMR Sheet.

  • Closing date for the submission of online application was 08-11-2021 at 5.00PM.

  • Last date for payment of Application Fees through online mode was upto 24.00 hrs midnight of closing date i.e. 08-11-2021.

  • On the last day of Submission of Application Form/Fee, if the status of previous online transaction is pending/awaited/aborted and amount gets deducted from the applicant's bank account or credit/debit card, the applicants are advised to retry the transaction after 20 minutes. Amount deducted for the failed transaction will be reversed automatically by HDFC bank within 8-10 days. Instructions to Candidates
  • Clarification: If a candidate apply in any Reserve category, he/she will also be considered in open (General) category if higher in merit.

  • The candidates are advised/directed to retain the printed/hard copies of their online application form(s) with them. They will be required to produce the hard copy as and when required at later stage. There is no need to upload copies of any certificate in the online application form. The candidates are required to produce original certificates at the time of counselling otherwise their candidature will be cancelled.

  • Candidate must read the instructions, eligibility criteria and other information mentioned in the detailed advertisements and corrigendums before proceeding for online registration and application form submission.

  • Candidate must give his/her own Email ID and Mobile Number. These will be used for future correspondence.

  • OTPs will be sent to Candidate's Email ID and Mobile Number. After verification of OTPs, candidate will be registered at the portal.

  • After successful registration, the Candidate has to fill Application Form with correct particulars and pay the processing fee online.

  • In case candidate feels that he/she has filled up the form erroneously, he/she should fill up a fresh online application form along with requisite fee before closing date. Fees paid earlier shall not be adjusted against the fresh online application form. The candidate must mention the registration number of erroneous application form while filling Pre Registration Form of fresh application.

  • Further after submission of online application form, no amendment/change shall be entertained. Candidate will be considered against the registration number for which he/she appeared in the Selection Test.
